Thursday's Tip

After a long day of park-hopping, you drag the kiddos to the monorail line (be sure to use the one to the resorts--it's less crowded!). After finally boarding, you make your way back to the TTC (Ticket and Transportation Center) and scramble to the tram line. Right about then is when it hits you...you have no earthly idea where you parked. Today's tip: take a photo of the number and name of your parking lane (usually something like "Goofy 43") with your phone or digital camera when you arrive!

We almost always drive to the parks. Why? Because when we stay on-site, it's free. And we love the freedom of being able to come and go at will, without waiting for a bus. (Have you seen the bus lines at closing? Yikes!) And sometimes (rarely) we leave the park for lunch. It's just convenient for us.

But if you've been park-hopping it's possible to forget even which park you've left your car at, not to mention which section and lane. Do yourself a favor, and take that picture. That way, when you're brain-dead after a long day, you won't have to ride the parking lot tram over and over, searching for your vehicle.

  1. Love the tip for remembering your parking spot. It is such a simple yet great idea. And it made me laugh picturing someone riding the tram back and forth trying to figure out where the car was left. And that forgetful person would probably be me. LOL!
