It looks like there won't be any significant changes to the Enchanted Tiki Room, considering that the attraction is set to re-open on March 27 after the fire that broke out in the loft of the attraction on January 12 and damaged several animatronics (among them Iago and Zazu). Fans sites were abuzz that perhaps Disney would take advantage of this unfortunate incident and restore the attraction to its former glory--or at least do away with the newer annoying story line. No such luck, apparently. Not sure the "Tiki gods" will be thrilled with that decision.
