Last September during our WDW vacation, our youngest started running a fever and said her tummy hurt. After a quick trip to the walk-in clinic (trying to head off strep or anything bacterial), it was determined to be viral. We got the go-ahead to give her ibuprofen and continue touring the Parks. Our sweet girl hardly complained and seemed to have a great time despite how she felt. But she did take a few naps in the stroller (as above)--not the norm for her at Disney World.

It pays to have addresses and phone numbers for pharmacies, walk-in clinics, and even the nearest hospital at hand on your vacation, just in case. We've needed them on more than one trip!
