As film industry folks are wrapping up their time at ShoWest in Las Vegas today, Disney/Pixar execs are no doubt basking in the early praise for Toy Story 3. Words like "brilliant" and "touching" are floating around. And while most media are honoring producer Darla Anderson's request not to reveal any plot details, there is one revelation floating around the blogosphere: you're gonna need to bring your tissues.
Apparently the last 30 minutes are weepers. That's when the fate of Woody, Buzz, and the gang is decided. There are also some tense moments leading up to the conclusion that may be frightening to the youngest viewers, but the resolution justifies the journey, so I'm told.
Plan to re-watch TS1 and TS2 for a refresher course before the new movie hits theatres on June 18.
