Hidden Mickey Monday
Happy April Fool's Day, everyone! I just told my children that we weren't going to Disney World this year. The looks on their faces were rather pitiful, and they got really quiet. (I was impressed that there was no whining, though!) I didn't make them sweat long before blurting out, "April Fools!" Score one for Mom! (Trust me, with all the many silly jokes I have endured today, they had it coming.)

He does that work? You just go to Epcot, show them your card, meet the characters and they give you a picture? I'm going in may and cant wait to get pictures. :)
ReplyDeleteThere is an area inside Innoventions--the signage is small, but you'll see the line forming against the wall. You do have to show your Disney Visa, and then wait for your meet w/the characters (usually 15-30 min., depending on the crowd). Your group is in the room alone with the characters. You can take photos with your own camera, but the PhotoPass photographer will also take pics. They will give you a voucher to pick out one of the photos at the photo center (near Spaceship Earth) after 5 p.m. until closing. It usually takes just a few minutes for your photo to print. (Again, there could be a significant wait at the photo center, depending on when you go.)
