Test Track Refurb Still a Go

When the scheduled refurbishment for Test Track mysteriously disappeared from Disney's schedule recently, it looked as if the work had been cancelled (and some speculated that the sponsorship deal with GM might be in jeopardy). But now it appears that the refurb is, in fact, happening, as Disney has confirmed to the Orlando Sentinel that the attraction would be closing on April 16. The re-designed ride will indeed be sponsored by GM and will re-open in the fall, focusing on the Chevrolet brand.
