Have you ever been the guest chosen to deliver one of these red cards? These are instrumental in helping Disney list accurate wait times on attraction signs. A guest is given the card at the entrance to the queue and asked to deliver it to the Cast Member near the boarding area. These cards essentially allow Disney to measure the amount of time it takes a guest to get through the line.
