No FastPass for Dumbo?

As I reported in this post, Disney filed papers in Orange County, FL to build what was assumed to be a FastPass machine for Dumbo. As it turns out, the permit was actually for a new wait-time clock. Boo! I mean, accurate wait times are nice, but we want our FastPass! Maybe (hopefully) we'll get it with the new Fantasyland expansion.
